My goal is to help you recognize and release trauma arousal that is stored in your body. The things we do in class are self-motivated and self-regulated. You will not need to relive your trauma. I provide a safe space where you can learn to manage your stress. Step through the gate and and start the journey to a fulfilling, resilient life.

Week 1: Coming home to your body. Learn about trauma. Evaluate your stress. Grief vs trauma. How mammals deal with trauma. Nervous system reset.

Week 2: Continue to notice activation. Learn techniques to release deeper trapped energy. Discover resources to manage stress. Right thinking.

Week 3: How sound and light helps. Flight. Experience how to self-soothe. Learn how to stay present when uncomfortable. Listening and communication.

Week 4: Breathing for resiliency. Finding your body in space. Fight. Nature as a helper. Earthing. Essential oils. Exploring clarity.

Week 5: Focused purposeful movement. Freeze. Discovering unconscious beliefs about your trauma that hold you back. Anchoring for safety.

Week 6: Lifestyle changes to accomplish your goals. Resources. Putting it all together to walk away with insight into yourself. Self care.
